In the near future we hope to have a tenant friendly contract in this section which will be available for download. This will include clauses which guarantee that the tenant will be paying for their utilities at the much cheaper residential tariff, which is the utility tariff designed for owners living in their primary residences. In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you take the rental contract to a lawyer to ensure that it is fair. We also strongly recommend that you do NOT sign the rental contract unless your landlord has completed Section A of Arms Form H and provided a copy of his identity card. Form H is the form you need to complete in order to enjoy the residential tariff.
