Everybody living in their primary residence should be on the RESIDENTIAL tariff.
On this tariff there is an allowance of 33 cubic metres of water PER REGISTERED PERSON at which you pay 1.40 euro per cubic metre of water. You also are allowed 1 750 units of electricity PER REGISTERED PERSON which, if not exceeded, entitles you to an eco reduction.
Please check the right hand top corner of the Arms bill.
• If it says ‘DOMESTIC’ OR ‘NON RESIDENTIAL’ next to Consumer Scheme
• If it says ZERO next to Number of Residents
